For the past decade, Emanuel Bloomfield-Jones has worked tirelessly to transform the dynamics of the Staten Island community. His efforts have led to him receiving countless awards including the 2018 Staten Island Black Heritage Most Influential Award and humanitarian awards from both the National Council of Negro Women and NAACP. An alumnus of Long Island University-Brooklyn, Mr. Bloomfield-Jones earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. He also graduated with his Master of Social Work from CUNY, College of Staten Island. As a community leader, Mr. Bloomfield-Jones managed over 60 community events on Staten Island, cultivated strong relationships with a plethora of stakeholders, and secured funding and donations for various organizations.

Kendall S. Spiller has dedicated his professional life to empowering his community by delivering resources and combating social inequalities. He has held several notable positions providing career services, educational resources, wraparound services and assisting organizations, and residents, navigate local governments. Kendall likes to say that he has “been active in his community since he learned to cross the street.”; through his participation in boroughwide athletics, hosting career and resource fairs, supporting other community-led activities, and consulting with organizations and individuals to support their advancement, he has been influential to many and has several achievements to show for it.

Born and raised on Staten Island, Dahiem Harris has been very influential in the wellbeing of Mariners Harbor residents, which includes Arlington. Mr Harris has participated in several community-led events over the years and recently began investing more of his time to supporting the Staten Island community. After briefly relocating to another state for a career in green construction, specializing in solar technology, he returned home, accepted a government position, and continued his passion for helping his neighborhood. He often reminds his colleagues and friends of his firm belief that delivering resources and opportunities through collaborative efforts will change lives for the better.

Hilda Adeniji is a Strategic Marketer and Project Manager born in Lagos,Nigeria and raised in Staten Island, NYC. With her expertise in project management and strategic problem-solving, she's all about turning brand challenges into game-changing, creative experiences. When she's not holding it down in the professional world, Hilda is all about travel, digital media, and making a difference in her community. In 2018, she co-founded Harbor Dreams, a non-profit focused on using events and community service to beautify neighborhoods through services, art, and technology.

Having dedicated 9 years to NYU Federal Credit Union and currently serving as an accounting manager at Financial Resources Federal Credit Union, he brings extensive expertise in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance. Ibrahim has a genuine love for the credit union industry, driven by its member-centric focus rather than shareholder profits.
